Municipal public health and wellbeing planning 2025–2029 - Advice Note 2

This Advice Note outlines the process and timelines for councils to follow to seek an exemption from producing a standalone municipal public health and wellbeing plan. It also includes a completed checklist for councils to indicate how each legislative requirement for the Municipal public health and wellbeing plan has been addressed in the draft Council plan or draft Strategic Plan.
